Leading tile manufacturer British Ceramic Tile has named Heidi Normanton as its new head of global sales.
Formerly marketing manager for the company’s export channel, Heidi will assume a strategic global sales role, driving forward British Ceramic Tile’s ambitious growth strategy overseas.
Drawing upon her extensive knowledge of the brand and product portfolio, Heidi will be working closely alongside the company’s sales, marketing and design teams to implement a robust strategy that will increasing revenues across targeted key markets worldwide.
British Ceramic Tile’s chief executive Tony Taylor said: “Heidi has been with us since 2013 and has been instrumental in driving our export sales in new and existing markets. The knowledge and skills that she’s acquired meant that Heidi was a natural choice for this promotion, and I’m sure she will do a fantastic job of establishing and growing the brand overseas.”
Heidi added: “It’s a hugely exciting time to be stepping up as British Ceramic Tile’s new head of global sales. There’s a great foundation in place for driving our sales. We’ve made in roads in to key markets over the past year, enjoying some great success, so I’m extremely confident in our ability to establish the brand further afield, especially in the USA and Canada which are a top priority for us.”
