Mark Ellis to head up Tilemaster technical department
Tilemaster Adhesives has formerly announced the appointment of Mark Ellis as its Technical Support Manager. Mark brings over 15 years’ experience to the family-run UK manufacturer.
The appointment coincides with expansion throughout Tilemaster, most recently within its infrastructure and customer support teams.
Mark started his career at The Tile Warehouse (now part of Tiles UK) before moving to East Midlands Ceramics where he carried out several roles within the showroom and trade counter. Mark then joined CTD where he was Branch Manager for several outlets before taking on a Branch Development Manager position for the North West.
In his new role, Mark will support Tilemaster’s Managing Director Mark Kelly and will provide technical assistance to customers throughout the UK and Ireland. He will also assist in the smooth running of customer operations, including customer service, sales, product assistance and trade events/exhibitions.
