That is the company’s brand positioning which is represented in the design of the stores, the in-store communications, the products sold and the long-standing price promise to customers. With 18 branches nationwide, N&C Tiles and Bathrooms showcases thousands of tile and bathroom product lines, catering for customers with varying requirements. N&C Tiles and Bathrooms has rapidly expanded over the years, even during uncertain times, opening five new branches in the last eight years.
2018 has seen a significant change in the design of the stores. The showroom in Stevenage was relocated, and the New Southgate showroom was rebuilt after being devastated by a fire in May 2018. Hard work and dedication from the retail team meant that even at a time when fire struck, a mobile temporary showroom was erected within 48 hours and figures had barely been affected as customer orders were still being processed.
