LENNY MORROW TO REPRESENT TILEMASTER ADHESIVES IN IRELAND
In response to market demand, Tilemaster Adhesives has appointed Lenny Morrow to represent its brand in Ireland. A relatively new market to Tilemaster Adhesives, the firm has seen interest in its range grow throughout the region over the last 18 months. In order to support existing customers and explore new opportunities, Lenny will jointly represent both the Tilemaster Adhesives and Kerakoll brands in a new role, with a view to Tilemaster Adhesives expanding in the future.
Lenny joined Kerakoll in the Summer of 2015 and has worked in the tiling industry for over 30 years. During his career, he has previously worked with Simon Byng at RMC, who has been a member of the Tilemaster sales team since 2015. In light of Kerakoll acquiring Tilemaster Adhesives last year, Lenny has been keen to get involved with the Tilemaster business and is looking forward to representing both brands alongside each other.
“We haven’t had a massive presence in Ireland in the past but interest is growing – and we want to ensure that we offer really good support to these customers, as we do in the UK. Lenny already understands the market – and is keen to explore new opportunities – so it’s a great opportunity to support the customers for both businesses in tandem,” explained Tilemaster’s Managing Director, Mark Kelly.
In other news, Tilemaster Adhesives recently hosted its first industry Golf Day at Greenway Hall Golf Club in Stoke-on-Trent. Seven teams of four players each, from across the flooring and tiling sector, enjoyed the 18-hole course under sunny skies.
Conceived by renowned course designer, James Braid, Greenway Hall’s elevated location gives stunning views across the Peak District. The Tilemaster group enjoyed a Stableford format; the winning team included Gary and Chris Damond from Ceramix Ltd, based in Brighouse, along with Sam Plows and Jordan Brown from Andrews Tiles in Leeds. James Crossland from Nicholson Flooring also triumphed with Longest Drive and Austin Buchanan from Alliance Flooring for Nearest the Pin.
“We had a cracking day at Greenway Hall. It was a great opportunity to spend time with customers, away from the office. We hope to hold many more golf days in the future and thank everyone at the course for hosting the event,” commented Mark Kelly, Tilemaster’s Managing Director.
