MARTIN POUNCEY OF INSTARMAC WINS EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
During his lengthy career, Martin has mentored three apprentices, who are all still tiling contractors today, and achieved a record number of 190 students qualifying in one year. With nearly 30 years in the industry, Martin’s dedication to his role and responsibilities has made a huge difference to the industry.
