Norcros Adhesives has introduced animated ‘How to’ videos to support three of its recent product launches. The videos form part of the company’s commitment to provide ongoing support for its customers, increasing product knowledge and encouraging correct usage.
Each video comprises a detailed step-by-step guide to the usage of the product, featuring all the product benefits and providing detailed application guidance to ensure a successful installation.
The products covered by the new videos are Norcros Rock-Tite Exterior Porcelain & Stone System, Norcros Pro AF Leveller and Norcros Pro Gyp-Base Fast Track Sealer.
Norcros Rock-Tite Exterior Porcelain & Stone System is a 3-part solution for fixing 20mm external porcelain and stone tiles. It is designed for use by landscapers and garden designers, as well as tile fixers. The system capitalises on a key trend in the tiling market, where internal tiled space is being extended to terrace or patio areas outside a building – enhancing living areas by making better use of external space.
Norcros Pro AF Low Prep Self Smoothing Levelling Compound is an ammonia and latex-free, 2-part levelling compound, suitable for use on most substrates without the need for priming. It is formulated for use over old adhesive residues including bitumen.
Norcros Pro Gyp-Base is a 3-part preparation system which allows ceramic & porcelain tiles to be fixed on to anhydrite screeds that are a minimum of 7 days old (95% Relative Humidity). The system offers a fast track solution when tiling on to anhydrite screeds, greatly reducing the minimum drying times generally quoted for this type of screed of 1mm/day up to 40mm and an additional 1mm/2 days above 40mm thickness.
The new videos join a range of existing videos which are accessible from the company’s website or YouTube channel. These include a company introduction and ‘How To’ videos covering a number of different product groups, such as levellers and tiling onto timber floors. Videos of the company’s CPDs are also available to download.
All the videos are available to watch from the homepage of the company’s website or on YouTube.
