Castelnau Tiles have an opportunity for a Warehouse & Sales Associate, working out of both the company’s Barnes and Kingston showrooms. This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary – 40 hours per week plus one Sunday every four weeks and some Saturdays.
The role involves the daily running of the company’s showrooms: assisting the managers in keeping the shop floor tidy and organised at all times; liaising with couriers to ensure an efficient and tidy reception of deliveries; supporting the shop manager in serving customers and closing sales. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service by inspiring and engaging customers by being passionate about interiors, enthusiastic and full of initiative. He or she will have a positive can-do attitude and will be flexible, as is required when working for an SME. Candidates from different retail sectors are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to learn about the company’s large range of products.
