TILE GIANT ACQUIRED BY STILED
Tile Giant, which has over 80 stores, has been acquired by stiled – a company headed up by former Topps Tiles CEO Matt Williams.
stiled is a successful North Oxfordshire-based company, which up until now, has specialised in the fast-growing outdoor porcelain tiles market. It operates a Show Garden and retail business near Banbury, serving both trade and consumer customers.
The acquisition of Tile Giant heralds a major expansion and diversification for the business, as Tile Giant is a multi-million pound turnover company, established over 20 years ago and with stores in all parts of England. It employs over 300 staff and offers the complete range of tiles and tiling products.
Tile Giant’s most recent store opening – it’s 83rd – was in October last year in Sutton, South London.
