Verona enjoys a successful debut at kbb

Verona, one of the leading distributors of tiles, mosaics, outdoor porcelain and flooring, has enjoyed a successful show at this year’s kbb. The event, which is hosted at the NEC Birmingham every two years, is one of the most anticipated events in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (KBB) calendar and once again proved to be incredibly successful for exhibitors.

As a debut appearance for the brand, Verona used the opportunity to meet with existing customers face-to-face and establish relationships with potential new retailers. On stand, Verona showcased new additions to its popular Patterned Tiles collection, Mondrian and Vincent, plus visitors were given a sneak preview of the striking new Hope Hexagons which tap into the growing appetite for geometric shapes and formats.

With sustainability a key consideration throughout the show, Verona actively looked for ways to support the messaging. Alongside reusing an existing stand, Verona took a minimalist approach to designing their space, ensuring wastage was limited when erecting and dismantling the stand. The company also took the decision to make all marketing materials available digitally, rather than handing out physical copies.

Attracting hundreds of visitors to the stand over the four-day period, the team at Verona were delighted to meet with industry professionals from up and down the country, presenting their extensive portfolio and comprehensive POS which is available to support retailer sales.

Jayne Adamson, Marketing Manager at Verona adds: “We had high hopes for kbb from the start and were not disappointed. It was great to see so many people come together to hit the ground running after a challenging few years for the industry.

“2022 was the right year to bring our brand to kbb. We’ve just passed our 20 year milestone, which was all about boosting our brand awareness; so we thought what better way to widen our profile than coming to this internationally recognised trade show. Tiles are an essential part of interior design, after all; kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms are only completed once they have tiles and flooring!’
