Roccia has completed the first in a series of surface design projects for V Capital Partnership Ltd, installed using Tilemaster Adhesives’ fixing products. The high-end show home installation, at the exclusive new development ‘Willow Gate’ in Preston, forms part of a 12-property luxury gated community. Italian polished porcelain was installed, by Helix Tiling Services, throughout the ground floor and bathrooms, using Tilemaster Setaflex Adhesive and Grout 3000. 

Set in landscaped grounds within the Fulwood area, Willow Gate combines striking contemporary design with the peaceful Lancashire landscape.  Working closely with the interior design team, Roccia specified large format Italian polished 120x120cm porcelain throughout the hallway, living areas and the extensive kitchen. The bathrooms and en-suites were completed using Roccia’s design and featured Statuario effect, Starkpol and Stardust polished porcelain in a mix of formats and elegant grey tones. Roccia also supplied the kitchen and appliances. 

Tilemaster Adhesives’ Setaflex was used to fix all of the tiles. The flexible adhesive provides increased adhesion, non-slip properties and is available in rapid, semi-rapid and standard setting formulations, ideal for use with large format porcelain. The installation was then completed with Grout 3000, which provides benefits including water and mould-resistance and an efflorescence-free formulation.
